Whatever we well understand, we express clearly

Vision

Quidzi started with a simple observation: the sharing of documents and useful content among our team members was neither effective nor efficient. The majority of our digital document transfers were done via email or, at best, through shared folders.

We all know that when using emails and shared folders, documents are often unstructured and not immediately readable. Moreover, the numerous steps required to open, read, and respond to emails containing documents and files are cumbersome. Not to mention the many downloaded files that clutter hard drives.

Based on these frustrating observations, we decided to create Quidzi: a platform for creating, organizing, sharing, and tracking smart files (called “SmartFiles”) that are exchanged or sent to team members (a daily routine for millions of managers, employees, consultants, technicians, teachers, students…).

Our guiding principle has always been that Quidzi should be intuitive, powerful, and intelligent, resulting in fewer steps for our users and greater efficiency. Quidzi embodies our vision of seamless integration of various, disparate applications.

We all know that content without context loses its relevance over time. The AI elements that are (and will be) integrated into Quidzi will lead to a continuous improvement in the quality and relevance of the shared content.

The team

The team members who designed and developed Quidzi have known each other for years and have already collaborated on common projects. They live in both the USA and Europe. Hybrid work? They know it well!

The leadership, made up of experienced managers, comes from the Hi-Tech world. Some of them have been the creators of innovative, award-winning applications.

For the past two years, Quidzi has been regularly adapted to reflect their vision: “a platform that simplifies and speeds up the exchange of documents and knowledge among team members.”

Quidzi is currently privately funded, and the team has fewer than 10 people.

Beta

Offering a credible alternative to file sharing via emails and shared folders is an ambitious project. For the past two years, we’ve worked to ensure that Quidzi reflects this vision.

Although we’ve kept the “beta” label visible, you’re using a polished version of Quidzi. As we expand our user base, we want to continue improving Quidzi’s functionality.

Help us make Quidzi better. Share your suggestions and feedback with us. The most requested features will be added to our development roadmap. We are currently adding AI features and will be connecting Quidzi to other applications.

Strategy

With Quidzi, we aim to improve everyone’s efficiency in knowledge sharing.

We are aware that the market is vast and that the potential for adoption is real. Like any startup, we would like this adoption to happen quickly. That’s why we are considering various deployment approaches, including collaborating with well-established partners who are eager to offer new apps/features to their user bases.
